The Rock Cottage sleeps
up to six comfortably.
The living room contains a queen-sized futon sofa, and a gas fireplace will warm you on a cold winter evening.
Pine-log furniture and hardwood floors throughout add to the warm and cozy atmosphere. The cottage is complete
with TV/DVD/VCR, and Satellite Television.
Our inviting kitchen will make you feel right at home,
being fully equipped with plates, cups, pans, and cooking utensils you’ll need.

The large master bedroom contains a beautiful king-sized pine log bed with
pillow top mattress. The bedroom also features a TV.
Our second bedroom contains a queen-size bed, with pillow top mattress.

• There is a local sales/lodging tax rate of 10.75% on each reservation.
• Check In: After 3 p.m. / Check Out: 11 a.m.
• Credit Cards Accepted: Visa, Master Card, and Discover.
• Upon confirmation of your reservation request, you will be billed in advance,
to your credit card a 25% deposit.
• The Charge will be displayed as “The Rock Cottage” on your credit card statement.
• Reservations are not guaranteed until payment has been successfully processed.
• Smoking Policy: No Smoking inside. Proper containers will be provided outside.
• Pet Policy: Pets of any kind, are not allowed in any of the Kanab Lodging properties.
• Cancellation Policy: You will be refunded 90% of your deposit if the cancellation occurs 30 days prior
to check-in dates. If the cancellation is less than 30 days notice, then the deposit will be non-refundable,
but may be applied to any other available dates.
